   We understand the sentimental value attached to your watch. As an important intermediary for the next owner who will cherish this timepiece, we take our responsibility seriously and work diligently to prepare the watch for confident resale.

   

2. Operation, Accuracy, and Exterior Check

   We conduct a meticulous assessment of the watch we purchased from you. We thoroughly examine the case and bracelet for any damage, inspect the glass for scratches or chips, and check the dial and hands for stains or rust.。

   

3. Internal Inspection

   For watches that require accuracy adjustments or those with no issues, we collaborate with our affiliated watch repair workshop to conduct a movement check. To ensure that no counterfeit watches enter our store, we not only verify their authenticity but also examine the movement for rust, dirt, and the condition of the lubricating oil, even if there are no accuracy problems. This confirmation process is crucial.

   

4. Overhaul

   Skilled watchmakers at our affiliated repair workshop conduct a meticulous movement check, and unless deemed unnecessary, we perform an overhaul (disassembly and cleaning) to address any required repairs and maintenance.

   

5. Exterior Refinishing

   "Refinishing" refers to the process of using specialized tools such as polishers to remove or minimize scratches and dents on the case and bracelet, based on their usage history. Customers are often amazed when they see a pre-owned timepiece that has undergone this exterior refinishing, commenting on how clean and new it appears.

   

6. Leather Strap Replacement

   When there is noticeable damage, we naturally replace the strap. However, in cases where the wear is minimal, we consider whether or not to replace it, taking into account the customer's satisfaction and avoiding unnecessary price increases. 7. Final Inspection
